Quinta Essentia is a countryside wellness resort by the water in Belarus that brings together active-longevity programmes, a spa and a medical centre with retreats and mindfulness practices. DIOXOID created a website that presents the project ahead of its opening: it explains the concept, conveys the atmosphere of the place and builds an audience of interested guests, partners and investors.

The Quinta Essentia concept is built on the idea of two shores: the Longevity Shore is devoted to diagnostics, recovery and care for the body, the Clarity Shore to silence, meditation and inner restoration. A bridge connects them, and the resort runs on its own working hydroelectric plant, which will house a museum of electricity. A concept this layered cannot be conveyed through a standard hotel template.
The website speaks to several audiences at once — future guests, partners, investors and event organisers — and each of them needs a clear path to get in touch.
We shaped the narrative structure of the site: the two shores, the bridge as the architectural focal point, the hydroelectric plant and museum, and the ways to stay. The medical centre, spa, restaurant and accommodation each have their own page.
The site unfolds as a gradual immersion: from the overall idea to specific programmes and ways to stay. The enquiry form takes the purpose of the request into account — a stay, a partnership, investment or an event — and accepts the contact method that suits the visitor: phone, Telegram or WhatsApp.
A calm visual language in a natural palette, with video and a panorama of the grounds, conveys the atmosphere of the place. The motion is soft and unhurried, in the rhythm of a countryside retreat.
The website is built on Next.js with server rendering for fast loading and reliable indexing. A journal lets the team publish project news and keep the audience engaged until the opening.
