Information we receive
When you contact DIOXOID, we receive the information you provide in the form, including your name, email address, company, role and message. We also receive ordinary technical request data needed to keep the website secure and reliable.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, assess a potential engagement and maintain a record of business correspondence. Newsletter messages are sent only when you explicitly opt in, and you may withdraw that choice at any time.
Retention and sharing
We retain business enquiries only as long as reasonably necessary for communication, legal obligations and security. We do not sell personal information. Infrastructure and email providers process limited data on our behalf under appropriate contractual safeguards.
